It took a good dose of Singha before I tried them but once I had, I really like them and have some on each trip.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1663541839373055926.post-54273955661335818012012-01-31T20:40:12.280+08:002012-01-31T20:40:12.280+08:00Ok Bren, I will never everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...Ok Bren, I will never everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr live that down!
We ARE having the time of our lives! The temple on top of the mountain, the dragon stairway, the Thai children, beautiful scenry, the restrooms, even your bathroom visit with NOT removing your shoes...LOL But I keep laughing about David and his outfit before he was allowed in the Palace grounds. David...must I say THAT WAS NOT YOUR BEST LOOK...LOL your such a good sport. I love to see you together in your pictures. Your having the time of your life right now. Squid on a stick..oh my! I like your bracelets. The night market looks like so much fun. And to think you passed up eating some crunchy insects...yum yum. I like how the Thai people can just squat down and they look so comfortable. The jungle and beautiful colors everywhere you go. And just about the time I think your done for the day....you rest up and go back out for the evening adventure. How do you have that much energy? I could never keep up with you two. I'd be exhausted in one day. Are you getting used to your mattress? I'd love to try the mango and sweet rice...it looks so good....until tomorrow....BrendaBrendahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01401282431082397960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1663541839373055926.post-22679622681181328082012-01-31T07:32:58.308+08:002012-01-31T07:32:58.308+08:00Dave - I think you look quite stunning in those bo...Dave - I think you look quite stunning in those borrowed pants. Maybe you can start a new trend. . . . and aren't those lacquer bowls beautiful. It was cool that you were actually able to watch the painter work on those bowls. Di - I think the bracelets are beautiful too. I like the black and white one, but, Di, I know you love lots of color; and, of course, the children are the most beautiful. If I was there, I would probably use up all of my film taking pictures of the children. Gorgeous costumes. Have fun at the flower market. (P.s. send me the date and time you will be getting back home. Thanks!)patnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1663541839373055926.post-60986043160989654112012-01-31T02:10:06.463+08:002012-01-31T02:10:06.463+08:00Each new day offers such wonderful experiences and...Each new day offers such wonderful experiences and sights. The dragon tail snaking its way up the stairway was amazing---can only imagine the time and effort it took to construct that. The markets all look like a lot of fun especially for people watching. Not so sure about those bugs that you bought, they should make quite the conversation piece, or they will keep people away from your sink and window area.
The pork buns really were cute and I would have passed on the fried bugs as well. I have heard that they are good and crunchy, just don't think I could put it in my mouth.
How was the squid on a stick? They look a little odd to see the whole squid, but then we love our calamari so I would think it would be tasty.Sherryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15933237044073178139noreply@blogger.com
